Sightlines augments observability with Insights-as-a-Service: unobstructed visibility down from the hardware, across multiple layers of your software stack, mapped back to the business metrics you actually care about.

## The problem
Most observability data is very expensive insurance — collected at low resolution, stored at high cost, and rarely turned into an actionable answer.
